Suggest an improvement to the Hasbro business model.
Insight:
Hasbro’s lack of brand identity and brand loyalty results in the company’s struggle to capture consumers through shifts in the toy and game market. Despite a multitude of exclusive brand licenses, Hasbro has failed to develop a loyal customer base that continues to use its products amid industry evolution.

Despite a multitude of exclusive brand licenses, Hasbro has failed to develop a loyal customer base that continues to use its products amid industry evolution.
Solution:
Establish an organized culture, broadcasting Hasbro’s true mission and actively inspiring creativity through in-person play. We believe that the creation of a physical location in which children of ages five to thirteen can collectively enjoy the existing variety of Hasbro’s product line in new, creative ways will aid Hasbro in successfully regaining its place in the market. Our plan is notably different from other approaches, as it continues to leverage Hasbro’s existing products in an environment conducive to learning and collaboration. Thus, we put forth Hasbro Labs—an interactive in-person experience fostering creativity and play.
